About Rocketium:

Rocketium empowers brands to create more, spend less, and perform better in a world where speed, efficiency, and impact define marketing success.
Today’s marketers are challenged to produce massive volumes of high-performing visual content fast, at scale, and with a lean team. Outsourcing is costly, teams are stretched, and performance insights are often buried under platform-specific dashboards. That’s where Rocketium comes in.

Rocketium is a future-ready visual content marketing platform that helps growth-focused brands:
  • Reduce outsourcing costs by bringing creative production in-house through powerful automation.
  • Deliver more content, faster, with lean teams using intuitive workflows and smart templates.
  • Uncover and plug budget leaks with centralized creative performance insights.
  • Optimize outcomes using cross-platform creative data, not just native ad dashboards.

Our global enterprise customers use Rocketium to turn creative production into a growth engine, where every visual asset is fast to ship, on-brand, and backed by performance data.

We've come a long way from being a video API to becoming the trusted partner of some of the world’s most ambitious marketing teams. Our evolution is rooted in listening closely to their needs, not just to create content, but to govern it, scale it, and make it work harder.

That’s the future of visual content marketing. That’s Rocketium!

What you'll do:

As Rocketium’s dedicated design lead, you will:

  • You’ll shape the design language of a fast-growing creative automation platform used by global brands, from UX strategy to the tiniest UI detail that delights.
  • Lead the evolution of our design system, not just as a set of components, but as a living way to ship fast, scale right, and empower creative thinking.
  • Deeply understand user workflows across our customer segments (from marketers, to designers, to creative ops managers), and champion usability in every conversation.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with PMs, engineers, and founders who see design as strategy, not decoration. Your perspective will shape what we build, not just how it looks.
  • Lead with craft, but also bring systems thinking, balancing edge-case polish with scalable, modular design.

Who you are:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI craft, UX depth, and impact.
  • Have led or worked closely on building/scaling design systems across a product suite.
  • Are comfortable working independently and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Think product-first, you care about business outcomes as much as visual finesse.
  • Enjoy collaborating directly with engineering and product leadership, and have strong communication skills to align stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for tools used by marketers, ad ops teams, or creative professionals.

Beyond the pay-cheque:

  • 🧪 Design what you’d love to use: You’ll be shaping a product built for creative teams—people who obsess over visual storytelling like you do. Your design sense won’t just influence the product; it is the product.
  • 🎯 8-4-5 working hours: We make sure you balance work and life while achieving your goals.
  • 🌴 Unlimited leave policy: We mean it. Time off is important, and we trust you to take it when you need it.
  • 💪 Physical & mental wellness: We’ve partnered with Cult.Fit to sponsor/subsidize your fitness and therapy goals. Your well-being matters as much as your wireframes.
  • 🏥 Comprehensive health cover (OPD included): For you and your people - spouse, kids, and parents.
  • 📚 Learning budget: Conferences, design tools, masterclasses - if it helps you grow, we’ll support it.
  • 🥗 Meals & munchies: Good food = better ideas. We keep our pantry and plates full.

What your first 30 days will look like:

🚀 Week 1–2: Get your hands dirty, fast.
You’ll dive straight into Rocketium’s design ecosystem, reviewing our current editor experience and identifying quick wins or usability gaps. You’ll also start fine-tuning our AI-powered co-pilot, which plays a central role in how users interact with the platform.

🎨 Week 2–3: Take the reins.
You’ll step into the driver’s seat for all design decisions, collaborating closely with product managers and our visual design team (who support our customers during onboarding). Expect to start shipping designs, not just ideating.

🧩 Week 3–4: Audit what’s working, evolve what’s not.
Our design system exists, but it needs your love. You'll evaluate what's scalable, what needs updating, and start shaping better ways of working for future-proofing our UI/UX foundation.

By the end of your first month, you won’t just have figured out the product, you’ll already have your fingerprints on it.
