About Rocketium

Rocketium is an AI-native alternative to creative agencies. 3 things help us deliver better-performing e-commerce and ad assets faster and at lower cost than traditional agencies.
  • Tools - We built custom software to solve specific challenges customers face: design (similar to Figma), asset management (similar to Drive), workflow (similar to Asana).
  • Intelligence - We built AI agents that analyze Amazon listings, Reddit mentions, Meta and Google ads, and more to create deep context about a product’s audiences and competitors. This rich context for every brief grounds work in evidence rather than gut.
  • People (yes, people!) - Talented Art Directors, designers, and strategists refine briefs, review AI outputs, fix designs, and present final work to customers. This is our not-so-secret weapon in the AI slop era.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Production Lead who brings exceptional production craft and a rigorous approach to quality. This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of complex production work, customer communication, and final delivery quality. You’ll work alongside accomplished production artists and account teams delivering hundreds to thousands of assets each day for global brands, with close attention to brand accuracy and consistency.
You’ll turn approved masters and customer-provided creative direction into platform-ready adaptations across images and videos. Experience of retouching projects and Gen AI assisted production workflows is a big plus.

What you’ll do

Deliver creative production across formats and markets
  • Adapt approved masters across sizes, placements, products, offers, languages, and markets.
  • Ensure every adaptation follows brand guidelines, approved creative direction, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Handle localization with care for typography, text expansion, layout, imagery, and approved regional copy.
  • Produce and troubleshoot static, motion, video, GIF deliverables through final export and handoff.
  • Retouch product and lifestyle imagery to a high commercial standard, including cleanup, masking, color correction, and compositing.
  • Use generative AI to create or extend backgrounds, environments, and supporting imagery within an approved creative direction.
Own quality control and brand accuracy
  • Review your work thoroughly before delivery and contribute to peer reviews across the production team.
  • Check product imagery, packaging, logos, colors, typography, copy, pricing, disclaimers, and visual consistency against approved references.
  • Validate dimensions, file formats, file sizes, safe areas, animation timing, and other placement-specific requirements.
  • Catch localization errors, visual artifacts, incorrect versions, and inconsistencies across large batches of assets.
  • Resolve issues before customer review and help strengthen checklists that prevent recurring errors.
Own customer communication and delivery
  • Work directly with customer teams across the US and Europe to clarify briefs, identify missing inputs, and agree on deliverables and timelines.
  • Explain production decisions and constraints clearly, with practical recommendations.
  • Manage feedback and revision rounds, maintaining accurate versions and clear delivery updates.
  • Collaborate with fellow production specialists to resolve complex execution challenges.
  • Improve templates, file organization, naming conventions, quality checks, and reusable production workflows.

Who you are

  • Strong experience in creative production and adaptation for global brands, including substantial exposure to US and European customers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma, with strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
  • A strong eye for typography, composition, visual hierarchy, motion, and detail.
  • Practical experience producing assets for ecommerce platforms, retail media networks, and paid social channels.
  • A disciplined quality-control process and the ability to spot subtle visual, brand, copy, and technical errors.
  • Practical experience with GenAI tools and the finishing skills needed to turn generated outputs into customer-ready assets.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, reliable estimation, and confidence managing customer expectations.
  • Ability to work agreed overlap hours with customer teams in the US and Europe.

What success looks like

Customers trust you to deliver accurate, polished work with minimal avoidable revisions. Your adaptations preserve the intent of the master across formats and markets. Your retouching and GenAI-assisted work hold up to close inspection, and your quality checks catch issues before assets reach the customer.
